REMEMBER MY HOUSE PAYMENT INCREASE AFTER I GOT MYSELF OFF ILLEGAL LANDFILL IN SANTA FE COUNTY? DUE TO ESCROW FOR PROPERTY TAX WHICH VANDERBILT TESTIFIED TO PAYING IN ALL COURTS OF LAW? RECIEVED NOTICE FROM STATE OF NEW MEXICO HOUSE WILL BE AUCTIONED FOR UNPAID TAX!!!! I GOT YOU VANDERBILT! TAX FRAUD FOR YOUR GAIN OF THE UNLAWFUL TAKEOVER OF MY HOME WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT. Update: August 12, 2010 Ah, not so lucky, had trial scheduled in Federal court, for July-ish. Telephone pretrial conference June, waited and waited, finally called up to judges chambers, and was then notified that I had lost everywthing even the right to trial, their response in Judge Jakobavich chambers? " oooh my, noboday called you?, You didn't get your copy in the mail?, "The judge granted them everything via summary judgment (which can only be granted if there are no material facts disputed) we are sorry, you lost and you didnt even know!" Such is the way of Justice, I am no more surprised as I am homeless! Ah, the afore mentioned property tax? Well, Vanderbilt had been using the wrong property description for the last 4 years and I in my pleadings had brought that to the courts attention, however, after the kind mr. federal judge gave them everything without so much as a blink of an eye, they filed an amended order with a new corrected property description....coincidence? I think not. I am again being accused by Chaves County of tax evasion for property tax, oh by the way the property never got on the tax sale list, I made several attmepts by phone to the taxation and revenue about why, and no one there could enlighten me, mmm, the hands keep tipping, This will be my third letter to Chaves county explaining that Vanderbilt has been paying property taxes . Does anyone in employment by these state offices know how to do their jobs? are all you people so corrupted by your buddies in office that enhance your paychecks over dinner and drinks that you can't see beyond your rose colored glasses. What the Hell is going on?
