ONE MOTHERS SAGA FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE

SHORT SUMMARY

My name is Melissa and I have been in litigation with Vanderbilt Mortgage/Clayton Homes/Associated Housing Finance/Warren Buffett and their attorneys in New Mexico since 2006 over the foreclosure of my home.  Fighting with everyone else; IN ADDITION TO FIGHTING WITH STATE, COUNTY since l998 about Mobile Home, Bad Water, Bad Property,(ILLEGAL LANDFILL) Fraudulent Mortgage, and TAX FRAUD! This chain of events has stripped me of everything material. I have lost money that I didn't have fighting these devils, I ultimately was raped by every judicial body and process in the state, lost my home and a good part of my trust in the very basic of law and the constitution.  I am however most fortunate that I did not lose my daughter or my youngest son due to this negligence, they suffered many ill health effects due to contimants which were present in our well water, including blue baby syndrome and massive septicemia which almost claimed my daughter.  Even back then nobody would listen or help, hence the cover-up begins. Recent evidentiary including forgeries, fraud against the state by vanderbilt or is it with the states knowledge and cooperation? I had court in Albuquerque after naming a prominent Santa Fe county commisioner turn senator and was chased by a state police coming home, made to exit my vehicle walk 100 ft. down darkened two lane stretch, into the blaring lights of police car to get my ticket?  After that I was stopped in town almost once a week, taking the kids to school, or just meandering down the road, had my license "stolen" by a city police claiming my tags were expired...hmmm, they were brand new, well, after my house was stolen and the deed done, you can imagine the police harrasment stopped and I have begun my journey of healing and living, it's just too bad that I had nothing left over to begin our new life. I decided to design this page because I have come to the realization that as an individual without representation and barely enough money and resources to implement justice that there are many more of you out there like myself.In this course of my personal QUEST for truth and justice and pro se litigation I have spent countless hours trying to locate information, advice, links and laws.  Again, I find it appalling that we the people hardley stand a chance against these kinds of entities, that continue booming and flourish to the demise of the very individuals who keep them alive.  The lack of information available to the average joe, and the fact that this and other multifaceted, multi-million dollar corporations and entities have the resources and ability to work above the law has me up in arms, homeless, and pennyless.  The State of New Mexico involvement and coverup is appalling, yet as time goes on does not surprise me.
